A Bit About Ty
Ty practices in the areas of business litigation, real estate litigation, appellate practice, handgun permit appeals, intellectual property litigation, and judgment collection.
In his practice, Ty has represented clients in front of the District and Superior Court of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, the Western and Middle Federal District Courts of North Carolina as well as the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Ty has also practiced in front of the North Carolina Office of Administrative Hearings.
Ty received his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Covenant College in May 2011. In addition to his studies he also played college baseball while attending Covenant College. Ty received his Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law in May 2015 as a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and Order of the Crown honor society.

Frank is a business transaction attorney.
In his practice, Frank assists clients with selecting the best corporate entity for their business. advises on governance issues, drafts and reviews vendor contracts as well as advise during mergers and acquisitions.
Frank received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science at Vanderbilt University in 2005. He simultaneously received his Mastors in Business Administration at UNC Kenan-Flager School of Business and Juris Doctorate at UNC School of Law in 2011 He managed to be on the deans list at school of law all 5 semesters of matriculation.
